We ended up purchasing the habañero version and enjoyed it very much. Next time I think I'll try the Sun-Dried Tomato. Although there is not yet a way to purchase these products online, Nelson told me during a phone conversation that they're working on that for 2009. As soon as we hear about that here at YAWIE, we'll pass it along to our readers.

Yummy! That sounds delicious! Lol, shame they could not calculate the route from Amsterdam to LA.
Well, Henrike, I think *we* can calculate your route... right through New York City and Woodruff, Utah for coffee stops. :-)
I love this cashew spread! It tasted delicious on those coconut curry crackers that Nelson suggested. I love the idea of raw, blended and dehydrated foods. It's an innovative way of getting concentrated nutrients, live enzymes, and great flavors in a dense little package. Nelson's spreads have the added bonus of being made with love. You can't beat that.
Cashew Spread ?!... Yummy... that sounds delicious !! Made with love will do it every time.
Jacey, the sun-dried tomato spread was absolutely divine! You could use it as a dip for crudite, or in a wrap, or even on home-made pizza. Yum. He was so nice too. Nice to support...
